Integrated Capital Planning

With overall responsibility for the planning and management of space, the preparation of capital plans and the development of integrated projects and project portfolios, this unit includes three groups: Capital Planning, Integrated Projects Group, and Space Management & Project Development.

Special Projects Group
Jason Magness · Director
Provides management of projects from planning through construction of projects typically in the range of $50,000 to $3,000,000, as well as assistance with office furniture selection and procurement.
Project Management, Renovations & Interiors - Specializes in office and classroom renovations including interior design, furniture procurement and installation.
Project Management, Technical Facilities - Specializes in laboratory and other research facility renovations, agricultural facilities (e.g. greenhouses and screenhouses), athletic facilities and modular buildings.
Design Group – Includes licensed architects who provide design services in support of projects.
Furniture Services - Assists campus customers with purchasing contracted office furniture through partnered suppliers and in collaboration with Special Services.
